Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking link via email, once your order has been shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Policy - We want you to love your Tumblii tumbler. If you are not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions
- Item must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
- Returns postage is at the buyer's cost.
Faulty or damaged items - We check every Tumbler thoroughly before packaging. If your tumbler arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days, proving the damage and/or faults and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
How to start a return
- Email us at sales@tumblii.co.nz with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
Note: Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear, once we've received your return.
We don't currently cover change-of-mind returns.
